Chapter 402 Marked, an ability

everyone stared at nessa and dalia's eyes trembled as did her hands as she stepped forward and the girl that was in front of nessa smirked, while looking at her and tears came to dalia's eyes.

"nessa..." mikala mumbled and the king's brows furrowed as he looked on.

"lady nessa!" riki shouted as he killed the enemies before his eyes, trying to reach to nessa.

"lady..." she mumbled and a smirk appeared on nessa's face as she was looking downward.

"you... how are you alive?" she asked and nessa looked up at her with a piercing look in her eyes.

"that's because, the truly weak ones are you, i am just strong, a strong monster, since that what you people consider us, i will show you what a monster looks like when i am finished with all of you, you will beg for your lives," she responded and the girl flinched.

"you guys, calm down, do you think a wound like this would be able to kill me? it's not going to be that easy, millions like you won't be able to get it, because you are too weak," she said and dalia left staring at her.

nessa moved swiftly and within the blink of an eye, a sword which shot a small red beam, passed through the girl's heart, from behind her and dalia gasped as the girl's eyes trembled and she felt to the ground.

"you guys should have stayed out of that land, you will pay the price for that, i bet now, none of the men sent by them will leave there alive," the demon said and kyle's eyes widened.

"how is that possible? how?" he asked and the demon chuckled.

"damn, how can people as stupid as you be on the bad ones side? you will see for yourself, that's all i will say," he responded.

'i have to say, i was a bit surprised there, i was not expecting something like that at all, how did she even get such abilities? they are good yet dangerous, i think, i wonder how it will go from here on out, what more are they willing to do?' the demon wondered.

black flames beganspreading onto the beam of energy, attaching itself into the device and began connecting to different enemies within the area and a marking appeared in their eyes.

"caught you," she said as the eyes looked down on them from above.

the black flames lit up as it covered each person that was marked, engulfing their bodies in flames and everyone left staring.
