everyone left staring at what was going on and nessa's energy around her body became even more violent, causing the ground beneath her feet to crack, for she was truly angry at what they were doing and the lives they had damaged.
the girl released multiple attacks merged with other energies towards her and she looked at them as she tried dodging but she noticed, a few that were mixed in between, were still following her and a smirk appeared on her face.
the girl stopped moving around and magic circles started forming beside and in front of her, releasing a few glowing energy ball, which upon impact with his attacks.
some exploded while she was swallowed, as though they had never even existed and the guy's eyes narrowed as he looked at her and her eyes shimmered as it sucked in his attacks, but it couldn't work on all kind.
"how?" he asked and she looked at him as a large marking appeared behind her and the others glanced at her.
at the same time, the demon appeared not far from them, watching from afar and his eyes narrowed as he looked at nessa, feeling as though something was slightly off about her.
"i said i would kill you all if you didn't stop, you can't win against me, you should know that by now, i will kill you right here and right now, without thinking twice," she said as the mark behind her expanded and the magic circle began glowing brightly.
"please move back, stay away from the magic circle or you may get hurt," she said and everyone did as told and stepped back as the girl's eyes began glowing brightly and pointed swords came out of the circle followed by purple enegy balls that looked as though they would burn anything they touched.
the girl released the attacks which pierced through her opponents with speed and the energy balls, burnt everything that they touched and the others left staring.
"you.." the guy said as he rushed towards her and she jumped back as he kept on releasing attacks her way and one grazed her right arm, slightly burning it but she paid no attention to any of that.
"what is it?" she asked and mikala exhaled deeply.
"nothing, uh... your assistant helped us, he killed many of them in the blink of an eye, we didn't see much of what he did but we can tell that he is quite powerful," she responded as she glanced at her father's body and the broken apart castle.
"everything is ruined..." her sister-in-law mumbled as she held onto her husband, who sighed, for they were not expecting something of that scale and nessa's glanced at them.
"what's done is done, there is no changing it, you can only try to adjust and move forward, it's the only way you will be able to survive, you have to get stronger as well, this is not the end of them, i know that i may sound harsh, cold even and i am sorry for everything but it's the truth," she said as they looked at her.
"we know, nessa, we understand as well and you are right, we cannot change what happened, we can only move forward," mikala replied with tears in her eyes as they looked at the mess they had to clean up, before their eyes.
'nothing is going to be the same now, there is no going back, i am going to take my step forward, i am going to get rid of them all,' she thought as she looked at the hurting family with a piercing look in her eyes.
"what the hell happened here?" the demon's friend asked as he appeared before him.
"possibly the start of something different, changes are coming," the demon responded and his friend's eyes widened as he stared at nessa.
"is she a monster as well?" he asked and the demon shrugged.
"let's head back, there are things to do," his friend said and the demon nodded then glanced back at nessa, with his eyes narrowed, before disappearing, knowing that the something new and different was about to rise.
