After vanishing from his spot, Azmodeus leapt over the countless rooftops that filled the city from all directions. Quickly, he found himself in the forest outside the CEO's building. While searching the area with a hawklike gaze, it didn't take him very long to find the Demon Wyvern that he would be killing today.

Wide-bodied and with a wingspan that was even larger, the Demon Wyvern was a dark brown color and had a face analogous to that of a dragon. Still, it was a far cry from what an actual Immortal Dragon would look like.

At the moment, half its body was covered in greenish-red blood. As it leaned up against a large boulder in the middle of a mountain valley, scars from its previous battles could be seen all over it.

Add that to the menacing glare present within its primitive gaze, and it was highly unlikely that any Immortal Beasts would be daring enough to consider fighting it head on...

Standing at the very tip of a jagged mountain ledge, Azmodeus blankly stared down at the haggard appearance of the 200-meter large reptilian monster.

Bzzzttt...

Vibrating by his side, the sword he kept on his person was clearly ready to taste blood. And who was he to deny his blade what it wanted?

After disappearing from his spot like a fleeting ghost, he could be seen hundreds of meters in the sky. He wanted to go higher, but with his limited cultivation base, that just wasn't possible. Still, being at this latitude was good enough to keep him out of the divine sense range of the Demon Wyvern.

Making use of this lack of awareness, Azmodeus gathered Immortal Energy from his Dantian Space and evenly circulated it throughout his body.

Slightly violent fluctuations of Immortal Energy occurred around the deathly silent figure of the crimson-haired man, but that wasn't enough to stop him from accumulating even more Immortal Energy.

After focusing all of it on his lower body, he bent down in a flipped-over position. He kicked forward with every ounce of power within him, causing him to shoot up into the skies like a ballistic missle!

FWWWWHHHH--

"!?!?"

The only thing that the Demon Wyvern was able to make sense of was a crisp, cutting sound. Then, without the slightest chance of resistance, an unknown flying object blasted a hole right through its head!

SPURT!

Extending from its noggin to a halfway point in between its hips, everything from point A to point B was no longer there. In its place was a large, red-haired man standing in its innards.

While letting the blood and guts rain down from the sky onto his emotionless figure, Azmodeus looked toward the still-alive Demon Wyvern. Then, like a crimson blur, he vanished from his spot and then reappeared in that same spot in an instant.

In his hands was the bus-sized beating heart of the Demon Wyvern.
