Chapter 466 Scattered Minds - Part 2

Chapter 466 Scattered Minds - Part 2

Finally, as they were called to their brother's side, both Seraphim and Riyanzah left the room Raven had been resting in. Their hearts were anxious as they slipped into their brother's arms, whatever it was that had gotten into them was making them look up into their brother's eyes and although their lips caressed his cheeks–anger was what brewed in them.

'What am I doing?'

Thought the sisters, questioning their action for the first time for as long as they'd lived. Jahandeer, however, remained imprudent. Caring only for himself and his pleasure the Djinn drew from their body power and feasted on them like a darned hyena. And yet they kept providing much like Elana had been providing for the island.

'Will I be snuffed as well if I give enough of me to him?'

Doubts, there has been no such in their minds thus far, so why now? Why was it that they'd suddenly started questioning their loyalty to their brother? Was it that fact that Raven had altered their mind and shackled them from their perverse love towards their brother, or was it the uncaring nature of Jahandeer that only wished to take without giving anything back. The sisters couldn't be more uncertain, but stopping their shower of love for the night, one thing was for certain–neither felt like pleasing him anymore.

"Why did you stop?" He asked as the two shut their eyes and nuzzled into his neck to sleep.

The two said nothing, they were beyond tired from helping him and Aria overpower the enemies on the ships. Seraphim especially, since Janhandeer had waned her far too much for a single day. Being as narcissistic as always, Jahandeer grabbed Seraphim and Riyanzah by the hair and pulled their heads off of his body.

Staring at them with contempt, his glaring eyes were enough to let them know exactly what he was thinking.

Feeling the sizzle on his skin and the vile from Riyanzah entering his system along with the flapping fishes, Jahandeer tried to push them off, but the girls bound him by chains of blue flame and the hands of merfolk emerging from the ground underneath. Flailing and quivering, even trying to scream at the top of his lungs but failing, the Djinn tried his best to get the girls off of him, but they weren't gonna let him go with, as he'd demanded, satisfying him.

Burning and drowning, the worst ways to die with slow agonizing pain. Being more flesh than the rest of the Djinn, Jahandeer couldn't simply fade away like his sisters and thus continued his torture until the room was flaming and the ceiling began to give way. His sisters fell unconscious as the deck came falling onto their heads, but it was worse for Jahandeer as his body was still chained with a piece of wood going through his chest.

"AGHAGAAAH!" Finally, he could scream, but it was far too late for anyone to help him. Even so, his last before being hit in the head with a flaming piece of wood, ended up saving the rest of the crew by waking them from their sleep.

The vessel was on fire and nobody knew how it had gotten to that point. Even so, gathering in Raven's room since he was unconscious, the group turned to Linkle and urged her to teleport them to Lantherem. The witch was just about to do so when the party heard the coughing sounds coming from the other section of the ship.

'Shit, those idiots are here too...'

It was Riyanzah and Seraphim, finally conscious and pinned underneath the debris. Linkle wanted to leave them behind, but after a quick thought, she reconsidered. After all, if somehow the sisters and Jahandeer survived their plans to kill them would've dragged on unpredictably.

"You guys go," turning to Mel, Linkle handed her both the teleportation necklace and the monster-holding jewel. "I'll get those three and teleport too!"

And with that, she rushed out–trying to save the siblings only so they could be killed for sure later on.
