"You still dare to chicken out?!" Many angry female voice echoes in Izuna's ears, frightening him.

Izuna clears his throat and extends his hand towards Tsunade.

"Tsunade Senju, the Lady Hokage. Will you marry me?"

A pin-drop silence spreads across the already silent world. Every shinobi, be it from Konoha or any other nation, stares silently at Izuna with their mouth agape.

Tsunade calmly glances at Izuna. The corner of her lips slowly turns into a grin. However, she extends her hand towards Izuna.

"It's happening!" Kushina, Aiko, and the other ladies silently cheer for Izuna.

However, Tsunade's hand crosses Izuna's extended hand and moves towards his face. She clenches her palm in a fist.

'Shit! I had it coming.' Izuna closes his eyes and drops any thought of defense.

'I deserve it!'

A few seconds pass by, the expected fist doesn't make contact with his face.

'What happened? Did ascending to Godhood give me a thick face?' Izuna touches his face and slowly opens one eye.

"BAKA!"

Tsunade grabs Izuna's neck with her hand and pulls him closer to her chest. She hugs him in between her mountains and tears overflow from her eyes.

"I... I have been waiting for you to say that for so long. I knew that our relationship was a forbidden one. We aren't even from the same generation and I am even several decades older than you. You are already a married man with a family and kids... and... perhaps I shouldn't have such indecent thoughts towards my students. But... but... you... you... you have long stolen my heart. Now... I can't even think about love for someone else.

I was conflicted over my emotions for several years. I even mistook them for an obsession of my heart and even shut down my feelings, discarding them as my fantasies. But... but these past few years and this war... made me realize my true feelings. And now, I can't get over it." Tsunade breaks down in tears.

"Tsuna!" Hashirama raises his hand, but Mito pats his shoulder and shakes her head.

Tsunade separates Izuna from her hug and grabs his collar with both hands. She stares into his eyes with tears on her face.

"You have to take responsibility! You have to take responsibility for all the emotional distress you caused me. You have to take responsibility for my heart and the feelings inside it. And... and I won't let go of you forever. Even if I die, I will become a ghost and haunt you." Tsunade also confesses her feelings.

"No!" Izuna opens his mouth.

The expression of everyone around him changes. A murderous aura rises from Hashirama's body. Cracks appear on the surrounding ground. However, Mito holds him back.

"Let me go, Mito! I want to break this kid's bones. Tsuna... she... she!"

"Let me finish first!" Mito shakes her head.

"Is that a promise?" Tsunade mumbles.

"No, promises are too fragile and break easily." Izuna shakes his head.

"It's an oath. An oath from the bottom of my heart!" Izuna's clear eyes glimmers.

"An Oath of a god!" Seiryū mumbles as he notices the change in the surroundings.

Cough... cough...

Seiryū even holds his urge to collect them on the spot.

Izuna and Tsunade turn towards each other with a solemn face.

"With heavens, earth, my family, and the Almighty GOD as a witness, I take a vow to take Tsunade Senju, the woman I love as my wife." Izuna takes a solemn vow.

'Almighty GOD?!' A few questions arise in Seiryū's mind.

'Isn't he a God himself? And also, he hates all three Supreme Gods and even their incarnations with a passion. So, who is the Almighty GOD in his vow?' However, before Seiryū can think further, a strange power influences him and makes him forget the matter.

"With heavens, earth, my family, and the Almighty GOD as a witness, I take a vow to take Izuna Uchiha, the man I love as my husband." Tsunade also repeats after Izuna.

Of course, the Almighty GOD in Izuna's vow is the GOD who reincarnated him in the Shinobi world. Only, he is considered a true GOD in Izuna's mind.

The rest of the people clap to congratulate them.

"The Fourth Shinobi War is over with the victory of the Allied Shinobi force!" Izuna declares.

He nods at Tsunade and Mei and hands over Tatsuya and Kanna to them.
