Chapter 47: Investements?
For Arcturus, the time was peaceful during the training at the Dojo that belonged to the Grandmaster Arsit Byrmellir. He spent most of his time training in the Way of the Sword and practicing the Psionics.
The Nuclear Chaos Formula was already something that Arcturus had pretty much acclimatized to, so now he was, and he had already obtained the Skill itself.

From there on, his Proficiency with the Skill Nuclear Chaos Formula has been steadily increasing for the past few days. Nuclear Chaos Formula was one of the hardest Psionic Energy Control Methods that existed within The Eternal Imperium of Asurya.
Meanwhile, he was training the essential skills that the Grandmaster Byrmellir, who was now his Master, ordered him to; Red Queen was working hard as a bee on upgrading the Obscurus with the more advanced technologies that she had access to.
Fortunately enough, Arcturus gathered enough Universal Credits, so she could obtain a lot of raw resources or some blueprints that she could obtain.
What's more, she exploited the weaker civilizations that were rather advanced, but at the same time, they were at the mercy of powerful giants like The Eternal Imperium of Asurya.
This was rather a common strategy implemented by the more powerful people within the most advanced space civilizations and star nations; they could obtain a lot by investing little.
Some of the lesser civilizations could be actually technology rather well developed.
Still, they couldn't be really considered as powerful ones, either for the lack of ability to manufacture the most advanced technologies to become true High-Level Civilizations, some lacked powerful Professionals or some other means.
This was the place where some people from the High-Level Civilizations came with their strong financial abilities; they were able to buy some really exotic pieces of technology for little to no money.
Same thing as the Red Queen was doing; technically speaking, Universal Credits were priceless for the less powerful civilizations. It was the common currency used by all of the High-Level Civilizations and factions within the known Universe and was regulated by the Cosmos Vaulbank.
With a single Universal Credit, she could get several thousands of currencies from Mid-Level Civilizations, and when it came to the raw materials or some other more ordinary things, the ratio was even more ridiculous when it came to the Low-Level Civilizations.
This thing was, in fact, proposed to Arcturus by his Master. Within the Eternal Imperium of Asurya, this was commonly done by Bloodline Lineage Families, Military, Government, or other factions that existed within the Imperium.
Arcturus pondered over the matter for a while, and in the end, he gave the green to the plan of the Red Queen because Obscurus was his best bet for gathering resources that he needed to obtain an even greater amount of wealth.
"And what of the Droid Manufacturing Plant?"
Red Queen was working on the Droid Manufacturing Plant, which was very small and couldn't really produce a lot of Droids. Maximally, there are a few of the Working Droids at best if there were enough resources.
"It could be completed within one week at the fastest speed. If the Droid Manufacturing Plant is completed, I could start producing the Battle Droids en masse; with enough resources, we could produce a few hundred of them within a few weeks."
Hearing this piece of information, affirmed his decision because the Battle Droids were his best bet; with an entire army of them, he could complete harder quests and tasks that would give him a lot of money.
"Complete is as fast as possible... I need to have an army of Battle Droids ready to combat; it seems that this place would soon enough become a battlefield between the Asuryani, greenskins, and possibly Mind Flayers. It would be possible to board their vessels and take control of them... spaceships of the Illithids are really, really pricy; they would fetch a good sum of Universal Credits."
Mind Flayers were one of the technologically most advanced species in the known Universe, across the several galaxies that have been mapped. Their technology was very exotic, and even the most advanced High-Level Civilizations coveted their spaceships because they were rarely able to capture it.
Not to mention, it was already noted that every single one of the Mind Flayer spaceships was unique and different, each containing different exotic technology. So, if Arcturus obtained one, Red Queen could download the entire database for their own use, and they could then subsequently sell the spaceship to the highest bidder.
He didn't doubt that with the connections of his Master, he would get a good deal on them.
"It shall be done, aside from that, I found one undeveloped planet, which has natural lodges of the Psionic Crystals. It is under the control of the rather powerful Space Pirate Crew, though with we should be able to wipe them out, if we prepare enough firepower and possibly hire some help."
Hearing about the Psionic Crystal Lodge was something that greatly appealed to Arcturus, as it was very, very precious. He awakened Super-High Risk Primal Psyker Ability, and thus, his entire being required a tremendous amount of Psionic Crystals to advance even to a single level.
So the best choice for him was to find Psionic Crystal Lodge, where he could mine the Crystals as much as he wished. This would provide him with a lot of Psionic Energy Crystals, and even though the mine was classified appearance as poor or low-level, there was a high possibility that he might find something that would surprise him.
"Hmm... gather as much information about the Space Pirate Crew as possible and formulate an elaborate plan on how to deal with them."
Arcturus decided that after the crisis with the Greenskins in the Ruusor Star Sector, he would depart for the planet controlled by the Space Pirates. Right now, as it seemed, the Space Pirates didn't really have someone powerful, or else they wouldn't be laying so low.
He also planned to advance into the Delta-Grade Warrior in the near future before he attempted to take on the pirate crew. Coupled with the Dimension Empyrean, if he reached the limits of the Epsilon-Grade Psyker, he would be able to wipe out the entire pirate crew with his Battle Droid Army easily.
