Goom Doom, the last of the Doom family fighters still standing, was visibly shaking. His entire body trembled with fear, his knees threatening to give out beneath him. He looked up at Kent, who was still calmly stood on his golden throne, pulling another arrow from his quiver. Goom Doom knew the next arrow would be his end.

Kent's cold, calculating eyes locked onto him, and for the first time in his life, Goom Doom felt true terror. If I try to stand and fight... I'm dead, he thought. He glanced around—Ju Kia was no more than a pile of smoldering ash, Sack Doom had long since disintegrated into dust. His evolved beasts were gone. The Doom family's supporters had fallen silent. There was nothing left for him.

With a slow, painful breath, Goom Doom collapsed to his knees. He lowered his head in submission. "I... I surrender," he whispered, his voice trembling.
