SUPREME ARCH-MAGUS

Chapter 534 Internal Clash!

Chapter 534 Internal Clash!

Heavenly Abode of Blue Planet wizard association...

A heavy silence filled the grand library as twelve supreme mages sat around the massive circular table. The tension was palpable as Supreme Wand Magus Alaric, the leader of association with a keen stare, surveyed his peers.

"This isn't about pride, but survival," Alaric said, addressing the room. "We are here to decide whether we can reach a mutual agreement to approach Jason Mama for the spirit world slots. We cannot continue in isolation; the other realms grow in power, and—"@@@@

"Enough!" Supreme Sword Magus Elarius interrupted, his voice a sharp blade cutting through the air. He stood, his dark eyes gleaming with fury. "You propose we beg? Do you even know what you're asking us to do, Alaric? Bow down to Jason—of all people?"

"Alaric," Supreme Spear magus voice came next, "you expect us to beg Jason Mama for favors? The head of the Nine Realms Association—our so-called 'rival'—and you think we should kneel before him?"

"Yes, for the well being of blue planet" Allaric announced in glorious tone.

But in the next second, with a swift motion, Sword Magus Elarius lunged forward, grabbing Alaric by the collar. The other Supreme Mages rushed to intervene, Serpent Magus Kriya and Dagger Magus Thallic pulling Elarius back, while Guqin Magus Selene held Alaric steady.

"Enough, Elarius!" Serpent Magus Kriya hissed, her dark eyes sharp as poison dartsl. "You're acting out of rage. Alaric's suggestion may sound... unusual, but he's thinking of the bigger picture."

"'Unusual'? Is that what we're calling it?" Ice Magus Glacia's voice cut through the room like a winter chill. She folded her arms, staring at Alaric with a cold disdain. "He's suggesting we disgrace ourselves before Jason Mama. Since when does 'thinking of the bigger picture' mean trading our pride for handouts?"

"You're all missing the point!" Alaric's voice rose, exasperation tightening his features. "The Spirit World slots are more than just an opportunity—they're a necessity if we want our young mages to grow and learn from the strongest realms. Without those slots, we're sentencing the Blue Planet to death. 8 our of our 12 members visited Spirit world and got stronger. Don't want others to get it?"

A ripple of disagreement swept through the mages, but Sword Magus Elarius's anger only seemed to intensify. "And you think Jason will just grant us access out of charity? And who's to say he won't use this as an excuse to interfere even more in our affairs?"

Before Alaric could reply, Guqin Magus Selene stepped forward, trying to keep the peace. "Alaric has a point, and we can't ignore it simply out of pride," she said calmly, yet resolutely. "Why don't we bend the knee for strengthening the next generation?"

9 Realms Association's stronghold:

Twenty elite Supreme Mages, each representing the finest of their realms, trained with explosive spells. The sound of footsteps suddenly broke the quiet, drawing all eyes to the entrance.

It was Jean, the radiant princess of the Sixth Realm, whose beauty can turn several heads. As she entered, many heads turned, some male mages moving forward to greet her.=

Krum, the popular Supreme Mage from the Sixth Realm, noticed her glancing over the crowd with a barely concealed eagerness. "What are you looking for, Princess?" he asked, a smirk curling his lips. "Looking for me, perhaps?"

Jean ignored him, her eyes sweeping over each face with growing urgency, her heart sinking when she didn't see the one she sought. She muttered to herself, "He's not here..."

"Who? You can't mean that fool from the Blue Planet?" Krum laughed, catching the hint of disappointment in her voice. "You actually think he would be here?"

Her gaze snapped to him, her brows furrowing. "What are you talking about, Krum?"

"Oh, Princess, haven't you heard?" Krum's voice took on a mocking tone, loud enough for all to hear. "The Blue Planet offended Simon, Jason Mama's son, during the Immortal Beast Spirit Gathering. They didn't get a single slot for the Spirit World. That 'Kent' you seem so interested in? You'll never see his face here—he's as good as forgotten."

His words sent a chill down Jean's spine.
