Chapter 602 Early Morning Surprise!?

"Your Majesty... please wake up... your Majesty..."

From outside the emperor's personal room, the treasury master and servants were calling the Emperor with loud cries.

Every single one of them were shaking like leaves as they felt fear of consequences they were going to face.

As this was still morning, and the sun was still half appeared, the emperor Ryon was sleeping happily on his king-size bed.

Due to yesterday's late night battlefield experience, he was sleeping happily with a loud snore.

Treasury servants and the master keep shouting for Ryon with sad faces of fear.

Their cries finally made a result as the emperor Ryon woke up from his drooling sleep. At first, he felt very frustrated at the noise, which disturbed his happy sleep. But soon his frustration turned into anger.

"Stop your nonsense... Did the sky break?"

With a frustrated face, Ryon shouted at the outsiders with an angry roar.

The noise stopped in the next second but the emperor Ryon already lost his sleepiness.

With an angry groan he stood up from the bed and adjusted his clothes before going out.

Just as the emperor Ryon came out, all the treasury servants and masters fell on Ryon's feet with tears rolling down their faces.

"Your Majesty, please spare our lives. We don't know how this happened. All of us have family and kids." The treasury master, who is close to the feet of the emperor, cried out in a sad tone.

Emperor Ryon was taken aback by this sudden action of the treasury master and the servants. He did not understand why all these people fell before his feet.

He couldn't even think how anyone could steal the 7th treasury room which can only open with his seal.

Like the treasury master said, not a single lock was broken and there is no sign of any thief.

More than anything, not a single coin was left behind in the entire treasury. Like someone sweeped the floor with a broomstick, all the treasures disappeared.

"How could anyone steal all the treasures which were protected with enchanted tantric threads? It will take days to break a single enchantment forcefully. This doesn't make sense. Is it really the doing of a demigod like this treasury master said?"

Several questions filled the mind of emperor Ryon. He did not understand what action he needed to take now to bring back all the treasures.

One after the other, several mysterious things were happening in the palace. At first, it was the prison break, then the five mountains and now this empty Royal treasury. On every occasion, things happened in mysterious ways and Emperor Ryon couldn't understand how all these things happened till now.

"Immediately shut the gates of the Palace. No one should speak about this treasury matter to any outsiders. The matter of theft stays in these walls. Behave like nothing happened.

From now onwards, no outsiders were allowed into the palace and increase the Palace security by ten fold. If I find any single servant of the Palace involved in this theft, I will annihilate all their clans with my own hands." Emperor Ryon declared in a fierce tone.

Instead of making a big scene like a prison break, Ryon decided to handle it more cautiously. He understood that whoever participated in the burglary, definitely knew about all the secrets to the treasury.

And he strongly felt there must be an insider helped the invader to finish the task. That's why he decided to start an internal investigation to find out the culprit.

Following the command of the emperor, the entire Palace was soon closed down. 1% of the forbidden army soldiers came out from their hideout which is the underground of the Fire mountains in order to protect the palace.

Emperor-Ryon called for an urgent meeting with all Palace-masters.

Meanwhile, all the servants of the palace gathered before the estate of the Emperor as commanded by Ryon.
