Chapter 207 You're A... Monster!
Chapter 207 You're A... Monster!
Hugo stepped out of his room, looking like he had survived a war.
His hair was a mess. His eyes were dead inside. His shirt clung to his body from all the sweating.
And yet—
His steps were flawless.
Every movement, every stride—effortlessly smooth, powerful, and hypnotic. His shoulders rolled like he was on an invisible runway.
His posture? Impeccable. His presence? Unshakable.
He wasn't even trying.
It was just instinct now.
His newly infused Modelling Mastery was working on autopilot, and Hugo didn't even realize how insanely good he looked just walking down the damn hallway.
As he approached the 4th living room, loud miserable wailing echoed through the mansion.
"I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS! NOT ONLY IS HE A TERRIBLE POSER, BUT HE'S ALSO A MAN WITHOUT HONOR! HE TOOK THE MONEY AND RAN! JUST LIKE MY EX-WIFE!"
Hugo froze at the doorway.
What... in the actual hell was he hearing?
Inside the room, the bald stylist was flailing his arms around like an Italian opera singer going through a midlife crisis.
His face was red, his veins were popping out, and he looked ready to throw himself into a wall.
Sanchez, looking visibly exhausted, was rubbing his temples as if he had just spent three hours defusing a bomb.
"Calm down, Mateo," Sanchez sighed. "I told you, Hugo didn't run away—"
"OH REALLY!?" Mateo spun around dramatically. "THEN WHERE IS HE!? WHERE IS THAT LITTLE SCAMMER!? I'LL HAVE HIS HEAD! I'LL—"
"You'll do what?"
A deep, cold voice cut through the air like a knife.
Everyone turned.
Hugo was standing in the doorway. Expression blank. Eyes half lidded. His presence carried the quiet dominance of a man who had just walked out of hell itself.@@@@
But more importantly—
The way he stood.
The way he leaned against the doorframe with one leg slightly bent, his posture exuding pure, effortless confidence—
It was unintentionally the sexiest thing anyone had ever seen.
The entire room fell into stunned silence.
A few of the female workers clutched their chests, their faces turning red.
Even Mateo, who was in the middle of a full-blown meltdown, momentarily forgot how to breathe.
"...Ah?"
Sanchez blinked. His eyes darted between Hugo's exhausted expression and his godlike posture.
The math wasn't mathing.
Hugo, completely unaware of the effect he was having, walked past everyone and grabbed the jacket off the rack.
He put it on with a swift motion—shoulders rolling, arms sliding into the sleeves with a grace that belonged on a movie poster.
Then, without another word, he stepped into the booth.
Mateo finally snapped out of his daze. His anger reignited.
"AND JUST WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING!?" He stomped over. "You think you can just put on a jacket and suddenly fix your absolute disgrace of a—"
Finally—
Click.
The last shot was taken.
Hugo exhaled slowly, adjusting the jacket one final time before turning around.
"...That good enough?" he asked flatly.
Silence.
Nobody moved.
Nobody spoke.
Then—
Mateo collapsed to his knees.
His hands trembled. His glasses slid down his nose. His soul visibly left his body.
And in a hoarse, broken whisper, he muttered:
"...My god."
Hugo raised a brow. Hehe...
Mateo clutched his chest. His lip quivered. His voice shook with emotion.
"You're a... monster."
Sanchez blinked. "Uh—"
"A beast!" Mateo gasped, staggering to his feet. "THIS LEVEL OF IMPROVEMENT IN JUST AN HOUR—IT'S INHUMAN! IT'S—IT'S—"
He suddenly turned to the photographer.
"Did you get those shots!?"
The bald photographer was still frozen in shock.
"HUH!? OH! YES, YES! EVERY SINGLE ONE!"
Mateo clutched his head. His body trembled.
"...I'm going to be sick," he whispered. "This is too much. I wasn't prepared. I—I NEED TO SIT DOWN."
And then—
He fainted.
Sanchez doubled over, laughing hysterically. The female workers were fanning themselves.
Hugo, meanwhile—
Was having crazy funny thoughts.
What the hell just happened!? All he did was pose a little! He hadn't even use half of his prowess, after all this was only a start up agency and he didn't need to go all out for them!
And why the hell did Mateo look like he just witnessed the birth of the second coming of Christ!?
...This maxed out modelling mastery might have been a little too strong.
