All three Wills of the Worlds that were gathered here- the sentient ones anyways, had seemingly come to this conclusion after the will of the Dragoisles proposed such an idea.
Now the decision remained to be Alexander's. He looked at the figure of Ezraela and the one they called the Prototype X-1. He thought of the willful allocation of the authority of the Sacred Mountains which one of his Enneagram Clones had already arrived at. If he did not have to fight for these things...if they were smoothly given to him or allocated, as the will of Ephesus put it.
Just how much faster could his elevation in power be?
He was already rising fast enough on his own. Now if he had the support of the very World he lived in?
The net positives were far too important to pass it up. So what was left was for him to look at the dazzling tendrils of Covenant Authority and agree to their bindings in order to enter into this form of...an alliance!

His body erupted with golden brilliance as the particles of the Covenant of Gold gathered from him and formed a gorgeous swirl of golden lights that surged upwards.
They began intertwining with the purple tendrils above him as he sensed a sort of communication- a binding on the level of the Soul!
His eyes turned sharp.
"I do this, and you help to ensure the survival of the remaining Human Lineages within this world. After all, you have already butchered far too many of them."

As he internalized this, he looked towards Ephesus and released his guard as he spoke out
"Very well, we are now on the same side. I will continue monitoring and interacting with these Ambassadors of The Star Alliance as I figure out exactly how they seek to obtain a profit and the boons from Ephesus. As for my part of the bargain, I'm curious about exactly what it means when it comes to the allocation of resources. Especially the Stellar Body Modifications..."
The two sides had come to an agreement as now, it would have to be honored.

Fantastical words left the mouth of the will of Ephesus as Alexander's eyes opened wide!

A moment later, from the radiant trunk of the magisterial tree that rose from the depths of the Hollow Earth all the way across its skies and connected to the ceiling above...
Massive different colored gems at least 50 meters in size began to emerge and flow towards this region.

One boon after another started to come as Alexander counted at least nine vibrant Gems- Nine Sacred Gem Engines, flow out and begin circling above!
