Chapter 99 The Stage Emperors Seek! I

Usage of Ability Gems in the most rudimentary way possible.

These were the words that the Night Walker, Jujugan, uttered while easily holding back a massive nine tailed Tier 9 Mutated Gem Chimera.

Encased in a glacial flower, radiant crimson flames bloomed from all tails of the Tier 9 Emperor, its eyes utterly livid as it sought to break out.

Jujugan watched this scene calmly while Alexander and others listened intently to what he was saying.

On his muscular chest, 9 points of brilliant light were shining as he disconnected his hand from the glacial flower prison he had encased the Tier 9 Emperor in, and he instead turned around to lock his gaze onto Alexander entirely while bringing his hand into his chest.

"At the most basic level, Ability Gems can be looked at as Gates. Doorways that grant one access to a predetermined location- thank location being a signature expression of Energeia."

"The Fireball Ability Gem is a Gate that when one places their Energeia into, they can release a ball of fire in the outside world. Lightning Strike one ushers in their Energeia into the Ability Gem merely releases a strike of lightning. But all of this is just the utmost basic level. He felt as if a path his very being should have been following was there as he couldn't help but ask.

The Night Walker stared at him calmly before he nodded.

"The Covenant of Death. The Covenant of Life. The Covenant of Light, Fire, Air, Earth, Space...all the countless Covenants that make up the nature of our Worlds. My people theorized all of this, but even with all of our power- we could not stop our world from dying. Had I been able to become a Ruler of a Covenant. Had I been able to truly grasp the Covenant of Water..."

Jujugan shook his head with regret as within Alexander, his Enneagram was buzzing!

The waves of information were put together as they enacted a change that even Alexander didn't know what the answer to would be.

He only looked at the Night Walker that had just decimated a Tier 9 Mutated Gem Chimera- and it was all because he was using much more of the power of his Ability Gem as he came close to the Covenant of Water.

He only came close to it, but he could already exceed what his Ability Gem stated it could do!

Such a reality caused Alexander to look at himself and his Enneagram.

If he could manage to do what the Night Walker was trying to do...would he not be able to attach himself to multiple different Covenants since he could have multiple Gem Recipes?!
