Chapter 431 Dreams Were Made of These
[HAWI]
Rukiya looked at Hawi, the disbelief on her face heartbreaking, as she tried to comprehend the time that they had been together and the day that Hawi had been banished from Sicario.
It felt like a gut punch, not being able to know what was going on. Maybe they had just been mates, but to suffer for so long alone, Ruru knew it had to have affected Hawi. For the first time, since they crossed over to the island, Ruru wasn't sure what to say.
Her mouth kept opening and closing but no words were coming out. Hawi was tempted to make a joke about this but she couldn't do that this time, not when her mother was already gone.Nôv(el)B\\jnn
"You're ready, Hawi," Malika said when she realized that Ruru was still at a loss for words. For normal people, Hawi was in a critical state and seems to be headed for the ground already. Perhaps that was why Ruru wasn't sure what she needed to say.

They had barely loved each other in the time they had been together and she was getting Hawi taken away from her a little too soon. Whatever happened to forever and them being immortal untight end of life?
Oh, but Ruru had so many questions. She wasn't sure where to start from, because if she really asked the questions, she could find herself crying. And this wasn't about her, but the love of her life.
She couldn't handle losing Hawi and she couldn't handle being the raisin Hawi was in pain. That was a little too much even for her and she wasn't about to trigger that this time.
"What does that mean? Mother said I'm ready too, and disappeared. What the hell are you both on?" Hawi asked, not sure if she wanted to buy into this.
In the past four years she had lived in Hell, and each time she tried to make it out there was always something. Finally, she was getting relief out of the chaos she was letting the universe do its thing and even that seemed to be a difficult choice for her too.
Why couldn't she let her be? She had suffered so much, right? Oh, but Hawi was not ready to be thrust into another hell.
Perhaps this was the day she would get the breaks, but today was not it.
Or was that it?
"Well, she was my mother. It's not like I could just wake up and say goodbye when it meant losing a part of me in the process. It was not easy and if I was honest, my mother was someone who was worthy.
"She deserved to live, though shit happened, there is no telling what would happen. Seeing her made me feel like I would be okay and even she left for the second time which hurts...
"Because although she had disappeared for hours before this time I feel like I'll never see her until I cross over to the afterlife. And that is a really long time, Malika," Hawi admitted and Malika just sighed in understanding.
She couldn't blame Hawi for that. She still had hoped to see her mother again if given the chance. She hadn't managed to get over her missing mother, so she didn't expect Hawi to be okay at the moment.
Time did heal, but there were just some blank spaces that no amount of healing ever filled.
"I am not complaining, Hawi. I know it was never easy. And Ruru also knows that too. She never talks about Luna Razia but as people who lost mothers, we must admit she is brave for going through just that.
"Anyway, no longer seeing Eniola will be the best option for everyone. And by everyone, I mean the entire realm. It sucks to be the one with that responsibility, but the universe has long made its choice and you are that choice," Malika began.
Ruru stared at the women wondering what the long lectures were for. This wasn't the time for her to be getting all emotional and shit, they needed answers that would help.
But history lessons that wouldn't ever change time, shit had already happened and they were here already, no matter how little that would sound, this was truly for the best.
"Is she dying or not?" Ruru asked impatiently.
