Chapter 537 No More Holding Back
Chapter 537 No More Holding Back
[HAWI]
[Today]
"You're supposed to be working security, instead of standing there!" a voice interrupted her line of thought and Mbali let out a warning growl. She had been with Hawi ever since they had come here; it was safe to say that it hadn't exactly been the easiest of things in the pack.
"As you can see, we're fucking working. Now shut the fuck up or I'll wring your neck and turn it in all the ways through to whatever damned pack you are from, you little shameless wanker!" Hawi growled, shocking not just Mblai but everyone around them.
"What did you just say, human?" the man who had been yapping at them said and Mbali tried to hold Hawi back, knowing so well that whatever these walls could either be fixed with a memory wipe or a few punches and submission.

But then it didn't seem like Hawi was about to submit to a mere wolf. For three hundred years they had explored the human lands and learned all that ever was, and one thing that had been constant was the fact that the humans are always innocent.@@@@
It was the damned wolves who made it their mission to fuck up every little thing. Just earlier in the day, Hawi had saved a few humans from the wrath of the wolves who had been trying to force them to do things that they didn't want to.
It was pathetic, how the humans had been forced to be slaves.
Hawi had initially wanted to see the humans suffer; but over the years having lived here in the human realm, she had managed to go from the girl who wanted to burn this place down, to one who was going to protect the humans for as long as she lived.
It wouldn't matter, even if she went back home, because she was Awuor Hawi, and everyone who knew her, knew that life and death were not something that scared Awuor Hawi. The woman we smoke is the devil.
"Hawi... No," Mbali whispered but then even she was tired of the way they were treated at club hernia. It was insane how they had grown protective over the leaders despite the pain that had been there for all those years. The pain that had never once left.
"Why... Are you deaf? Do you need me you open your ears so you can fucking get it into your thick skull that you are nothing but a mere wolf here?" Hawi asked as she scoffed at the man, walking toward him in slow strides.
It was like she was baiting him to make a run for it so she would finally have her first kill in the human lands. Strangely, it wouldn't be a human, but Hawi didn't care this time. She had seen enough.
"I know right? Turns out the bitch we came to screw decided to screw us over. Maybe if I send her a few useless wolves she will finally get the balls to come and explain why the fuck she took my baby from me," Hawi said angrily.
Mbali knew this was war already. Well, they had one patient for years and hadn't gotten in any sort of trouble, despite the fact that they had come to Hernia to look for trouble and commit soulless murders. Maybe this was going to be the first of them all, right?
"Looks like we have to get this done," Mbali said with a sinister smile.
"What do you say, Samia dear? Want to deal with your wolves or should I send them to the goddess for you?" Hawi asked as she stared at the woman who was pissed as fuck.
Hernia was never created for such kinds of messes and yet these two humans had managed to screw it up. It was something that Samia herself wouldn't forgive, no matter how fond she had gotten of Rafael and Khalif.
She had half expected Mbali to speak up, but instead, Mbali just stood in her stance of war, like she was waiting for this her entire life.
"Get rid of these humans. I don't want to see them anywhere near Hernia. Burn the bodies when done. The queen is coming to vet the club for the first time and we can't afford losses because of two idiotic humans," Samia said angrily and Hawi laughed.
She knew she had pressed the right buttons, and while she had threatened to fuck up the wolves, she needed to see the queen who was her replacement. She needed to know who was in their right mind, who could take on her palace that easily.
"I thought you loved me, Samia?" Hawi said and Samia growled at her, yanking her by the throat, before she moved back instantly.
She smelled Hawi's real scent.
And instead of telling the rest, she just walked away, with horror in her eyes, though she tried her best to hide it from her subjects. It is pathetic really, but then that aid seems to matter to Hawi because, at the end of the day, she would get what she wants.
This was just the beginning of it all and if she realized that the woman who had been crowned as queen was one of her enemies from the past, she would kill that queen and make the goddess pay the price for it all.
"Looks like we will see their queen today. This is going to be fun," Hawi said and Mbali just facepalmed as she saw the wolves coming at them like this was the best thing that hernia could afford right now.
"Let's clean the trash and get to her then," Mbali said and Hawi laughed in earnest.
"Thought you'd never ask," Hawi said before they began their murder games.
